Because every piece is made for you, we cannot take back a piece just for a change of mind. You approve the exact 3D preview before you order.

If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted or different from your preview, email a photo to [email protected] within 30 days and we will reprint it or refund you in full.

You can cancel any order for a full refund until it starts printing. Just reply to your confirmation email.
