These terms govern your use of Exoform and the purchase of our 3D printed terrain pieces.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Exoform website, placing orders, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products and Services

Product Descriptions

  • We strive for accurate product descriptions and images
  • Every piece is printed to order, so small layer lines and colour edges vary from piece to piece
  • Colors may appear different due to monitor settings
  • Dimensions are approximate within reasonable tolerances

Custom Orders

  • You approve the exact 3D preview of your piece before you order
  • Personalised pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind (see Returns below)
  • We may decline a design we cannot print well, and refund it in full
  • Map data comes from OpenStreetMap, ESA WorldCover and public elevation data, and can contain errors

Ordering and Payment

Orders

  • Orders are subject to acceptance by Exoform
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders
  • You can cancel for a full refund until your piece starts printing
  • Prices may change, but never on an order you have already paid for

Payment

  • Payment is required at time of order
  • Payments are processed by Stripe: cards, wallets such as Apple Pay, and stablecoins where offered at checkout
  • All prices are in USD
  • Failed payments may result in order cancellation

Shipping and Delivery

  • Every piece is made to order and ships by the date shown at checkout
  • We ship within the United States only
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • You must provide accurate shipping information
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

Returns and Refunds

Every piece is made for you, so we cannot take one back for a change of mind. You approve the exact 3D preview before you order.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong

  • Email a photo to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery
  • We will reprint the piece or refund you in full, at no cost to you
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method (stablecoin payments are refunded in stablecoins)

You can cancel any order for a full refund until it starts printing. Just reply to your confirmation email.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

  • All designs, trademarks, and content are owned by Exoform
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
  • Product images and descriptions are for personal use only
  • Commercial use of our designs is strictly prohibited

Your Rights

  • You own the physical item you purchase
  • You may display, gift, or resell your purchased items
  • You may not reproduce or copy the designs
  • Personal use and enjoyment rights are granted with purchase

User Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Attempting to hack or disrupt our systems
  • Using automated tools to access our site
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Making fraudulent purchases or chargebacks
  • Excessive returns or refund requests
  • Reselling items as your own creations

Disclaimers and Limitations

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or damages exceeding the amount you paid for the item.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
